Al Mawahib British Private School (AMBPS) is a forward-thinking educational institution committed to academic excellence, innovation, and cultural diversity. Located behind Sharjah Television in the Halwan area of Sharjah, UAE, our school brings together students from over 28 nationalities in an environment that celebrates learning and mutual respect.
Founded in 2004, AMBPS delivers the British curriculum through Cambridge International Education while honouring Islamic values and traditions. Our dedicated faculty and staff work tirelessly to ensure every student receives a personalised education that prepares them for the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.

Founded
Al Mawahib British Private School was established in the Halwan area of Sharjah, opening its doors to students from FS1 through Year 3.
Cambridge Accreditation
AMBPS became an officially registered Cambridge International Education Centre, enabling delivery of Cambridge Primary and Secondary curricula.
Campus Expansion
A major campus expansion added new classrooms, a dedicated science laboratory, and an expanded library to accommodate growing enrolment.
STEM Laboratories
State-of-the-art STEM labs were inaugurated, featuring robotics equipment, coding stations, and dedicated engineering design spaces.
SPEA Good Rating
The school achieved a "Good" rating from the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA), reflecting consistent improvements in teaching quality and student outcomes.
Digital Transformation
Full digital integration was completed with one-to-one device programmes, interactive smart boards in every classroom, and a modern learning management system.
20 Years of Excellence
AMBPS celebrated its 20th anniversary, serving over 500 students from 28+ nationalities with a commitment to British academic excellence and Islamic values.
